Administrative Management Services

We provide essential services before, during, and after Permanent Change of Station (PCS), joint duty assignment, and deployment for personnel that support overseas operations and missions. Our staff provide test proctor services to include schedule, register, and verify test scores, as well as monitor testing labs as needed. Recruitment and onboarding support that includes the answering of general information phone calls and emails related to applicant onboarding and scheduling FAQs. Review applicant/recruiter folders for all necessary documents to create Official Personnel Folders. Send official documentation to the Talent Management office to process actions. Assist with
travel orders and reimbursements when requested by the Government.
